Digital Product Delivery

All products sold by Seravie are digital downloads. No physical goods will be shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive:

• An email confirmation with your purchase receipt
• Access to your download portal at seravie.madethis.app/downloads/the-life-edit-system
• A secure download link for your purchased files

If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us at team@seravie.madethis.app and we will assist you promptly.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital file delivery, all sales are final once a download has been accessed. We are unable to offer refunds on digital products that have been downloaded.

Exceptions may be made in cases where the file is technically corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from what was described. If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at team@seravie.madethis.app.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Seravie website and in our digital products — including text, design, graphics, layouts, frameworks, and PDFs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Seravie and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal use. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share the product or any portion of it with others
• Sell, resell, or sublicense the product in any form
• Modify the product and represent it as your own work
