Our Policy on Digital Downloads
Because our products are digital files that are made immediately available upon purchase, all sales are final once you have accessed your download. This is standard practice for digital goods: once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned in the way a physical product can.
We ask that you consider your purchase carefully and reach out with any questions before buying — we’re always happy to help you decide if The Life Edit System is right for you.
Exceptions — We’re Here to Help
We stand behind the quality of everything we create. If you experience any of the following issues, please reach out within 7 days of your purchase and we will make it right:
- The file is corrupted or damaged — if your download is technically broken and cannot be opened, we will send you a working replacement immediately.
- You cannot access your download — if there is a technical issue preventing you from reaching your files, we will resolve it or provide an alternative delivery method.
- The product is materially different from what was described — if what you received is substantially different from the product description on our website, we will review your case and work toward a fair resolution.
How to Request an Exception
Simply send an email to team@seravie.madethis.app within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include your order confirmation number and a brief description of the issue, and we will respond within one business day.
We approach every inquiry with care. You made a meaningful investment in yourself, and we take that seriously.
A Note on Our Products
The Life Edit System is a thoughtfully designed digital framework. Results will vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and application. Our refund policy does not apply to cases where a customer simply feels the product did not produce the results they hoped for, as the value of the system depends on personal engagement and implementation.
